Why do you need an email address? When you place an online order, your email address is required so that we can send you an Order Confirmation, followed by your Shipping & Tracking information.
What forms of payment does Sol accept? For online purchases, you may pay with Visa, MasterCard or Discover. If you order by phone, you may also choose to send your payment in the form of a Personal Check, Money Order or Cashier´s Check. Once your payment has been received, your order will be processed.
Can I change or cancel my order? Because we want to get your order on your doorstep as quickly as possible, we try to ship orders within 24 hours or less. Therefore, once an order has been placed, it is generally not possible to cancel or make any changes. However, you are welcome to call UPS at 1-800-742-5877 with the Tracking & Shipping Information contained in your order confirmation email and request that they return the package to sender. You may also refuse to accept the package upon arrival. Once the item has been returned to our warehouse, you will be credited the cost, less shipping & handling fees.
When is my credit card charged? We will only charge your credit card once your order has been shipped. If the item you have ordered is on "back-order status," your card will not be charged and you will be notified via email.
What is a CCV number? What is it used for? Where is it located? The CCV, or Credit Card Verification number, is the 3-digit number located on the back of your credit card on the signature panel. This number is your virtual signature, and is essential for online and telephone purchases. For your protection, we will not process any orders without a CCV.
Is the credit card information I submit secure? Your credit card information is absolutely secure. Solscent.com is a secure website that uses the latest technology to protect your credit card details. We use a Secure Server that encrypts all your personal information into bits of code that are then securely transmitted over the Internet.

What is your Return Policy? For your convenience, you may return any item for any reason within 30 days of purchase.You may also exchange any item within 60 days of purchase.
